  Bruce Crank 1947-2004 Surrounded by his loving family, Bruce E. Crank of Scott Hill Drive, Catlettsburg, Ky., went to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 29, 2004, in King's Daughters Medical Center. He was 56 years of age. Mr. Crank was born Aug. 7, 1947, in Kenova, W.Va., a son of Hubert Crank of Catlettsburg, and his mother, the late Geneva Rowe Crank. He was a retiree of Kentucky Electric Steel and faithful member of First Church of the Nazarene in Catlettsburg, where he served as a board member. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Carolyn Shivel Crank; and five sisters, Patty Romer and her husband, Joe, Nancy Crank, Linda Mayse and Joann Deboard, all of Catlettsburg, and Karen Mayse and her husband, Dave, of South Point, Ohio. Besides his mother, Mr. Crank was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Crank. A funeral service in honor of Mr. Crank will be held Sunday, May 2, 2004, at 1 p.m. at Neal Funeral Home in Catlettsburg. Pastor Frank Hulett will offer words of comfort. Mr. Crank will be laid to rest in Catlettsburg Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends is Saturday, May 1, 2004, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
